More Outstanding News from Mr. Martin’s Journey Class of 2010

More outstanding news from the Journey School Class of 2010 (now Seniors in High School)

  • Simon is off to study Computer Science and Engineering at UC San Diego. Simon attended Journey for grades 4-8 and studied high school at Aliso Niguel.
  • Luke is headed to San Diego State University.  Luke is carrying a 4.2 this semester at San Juan Hills High School and is a strong ASB Leader well known on campus.  Luke attended Journey K-12.
  • Luke’s twin sister, Carly, will join her brother at San Diego State University. Carly is currently taking 2 AP classes and plays varsity volleyball player. Carly attended Journey K-8.
  • Sophie is headed to UC Santa Cruz, after playing water polo for several years and debated important social issues—earning a partial college scholarship.  Sophie attended Journey School K-8, followed by Carlsbad High School.
  • Lizzy is also headed to US Santa Cruz after she graduates from San Clemente High School.  Lizzy ran track and was involved in the IB Program.  Lizzy attended Journey K-8.
  • Zoe is accepted at the University of Alabama and may continue her running career there. She attended Journey Grades 5-8.
  • Connor was recently named the 2014 San Juan Hills Varsity Basketball MVP.  Connor actively participates in community theatre and is a well-respected leader on the San Juan Hills campus.  Connor may continue his sports career at Saddleback College. Connor attended Journey K-8.
  • Julie was recently selected the Saddleback Valley Christian High School Valedictorian and will complete her General Education at Saddleback Junior College before deciding on a university. Julie attended Journey K-8.
  • Katie is a standout senior at JSerra.  She is carrying 3.7 GPA and won prestigious freshman and sophomore class awards.  Katie will be given two additional awards next week before graduating. Katie played soccer, water polo, performed in plays, and is the President of the Environmental Club.  Katie has not yet decided on her plans for next year.
