You may register online OR print and mail in your Registration Form. Please do this early as seating for our keynote speaker is limited. If you have any questions, you may call our conference help line at 1-877-STIC-220. Accommodations are not provided by Journey School, however, we have made group discount arrangements with local hotels for your convenience (please see Hotel Accommodations section).

 

Registration/Check-In
When you register, you will receive a registration confirmation via email (if you register online) or by mail. Please bring the confirmation with you when you check-in at the Registration table at Journey School. You will then receive your Conference Packet, which will include additional Conference Information, your badge and lunch ticket. The Welcome Dinner on Friday night is an additional fee, please pre-register if you plan to attend.

 

GETTING TO JOURNEY SCHOOL

Journey School is located close to the 405 and I-5 connection and the 73 Toll Road in South Orange County.

 

Coming from the I-5 S, exit Alicia Pkwy and turn right off the exit. Take Alicia about 2 miles to Oso Pkwy/Pacific Park Dr, turn right on Pacific Park Dr. Turn left at the next light, Deerhurst, and then turn left at Foxborough. Our campus is down the hill at the end of the street.

 

Coming from the I-5 N, exit Oso Pkwy, and turn right. Head West for approx. 4 miles. Cross over Alicia, then turn left on Deerhurst. Make your next left on Foxbororough. Our campus is down the hill at the end of the street.

 

The local airport is John Wayne Airport, about 10 miles away. Supershuttle provides door-to-door service from the airport for $26. Make your reservations  in advance by calling:

FOOD & HOSPITALITY AT THE CONFERENCE

 

Breakfast – Journey’s Hospitality Committee will provide an assortment of delicious and healthy baked goods, fruits, coffee and tea for a small fee during morning Registration. You may bring food and beverages into the lecture room. We want everyone well nourished for this eventful day!

 

Refreshment Break – During these brief pauses, the Journey Café will be open if you would like to refill your coffee or grab some fresh fruit.

 

Lunch –  An organic lunch is included as part of your conference fee. We use local, organic ingredients whenever possible. All meals come with a vegetarian option, and often include dairy and eggs.

 

Dinner –  There will be a Welcome Dinner on Friday night for our out-of-town attendees and anyone else who wishes to meet other educators and parents in an informal setting. We will be serving a fabulous, organic, multi-course dinner under the stars (with heat lamps!). Don’t miss it!

 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS


If you wish to stay in a nearby hotel, we are proud to offer special rates and additional services from the DoubleTree Hotel in Irvine. Confirmation numbers will be given when you call the reservations line at 949-471-8888

Guest room rates are as follows: Maximum Occupancy:
Single occupancy: $105 Friday-Sunday Double/Double 4 People
Double Occupancy: $105 Friday-Sunday King + Sofa Bed  4 people
Triple occupancy: $115 Friday-Sunday King 3 People
Quadruple Occupancy $125 Friday-Sunday    

 

Check In/Check Out Times: 

 

Check-in time is at 3:00pm with checkout at 12:00pm.  Guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.  Our Bell Captain can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.

 

Shuttle

 

We will be able to offer shuttle service to and from Journey School in Aliso Viejo on Saturday, March 29 for a nominal fee of $3.00 per person each way up until 10:45pm, extended shuttle service available for $5.00 per person up until 12:30am.  This service must be pre-arranged with the sales department at least one week prior to arrival and a credit card number with expiration date must be provided for guarantee. 

 

Parking

 

Self-parking is available at the cost of $7.00 per night with in and out privileges.  Rates Subject to Change.
