Mrs. Tarr has a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Education from UC Santa Cruz. She also holds a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and M.A. in Digital Teaching and Learning from Azusa Pacific University.
Mrs. Tarr has worked with children as an educator for more than six years. This is her third year as a Main Class Teacher for Journey School.
Mrs. Tarr is especially passionate about environmental education and equipping students with 21st century skills. She is grateful for teaching such a talented and close group of students. Outside of school, Mrs. Tarr enjoys spending time with her husband Robert and her German Shepherd Mix puppy, Marley.
