Each year, families are required to complete the Data Confirmation process through the CUSD Aeries Parent Portal. This will take less than 10 minutes and must be done by August 14th.
Once you are on the Parent Portal, you will see a yellow bar across the top of your dashboard. Look for the blue “Click Here” link that will take you to the Data Confirmation page. Once on the Data Confirmation page, please review and confirm the data shown on each tab, then click “Confirm and Continue.” IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN, click on the Change Student header, select your next child, and repeat the process.
The final step of Data Confirmation is to PRINT, complete and initial/sign the designated areas on each page of the Data Confirmation documents.
Please bring the completed forms with you to the Walkthrough Registration on either Tuesday, August 15 between 2pm-6pm or Wednesday, August 16 between 10am-2pm.
If you do not have a printer, please complete the Aeries portion of Data Confirmation at home and the forms will be available for you to complete during Walkthrough Registration.

If you are unable to attend the Walkthrough Registration on one of the specified dates, we will announce a make-up opportunity prior to the start of school.
